FOOD
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served at the home of Norma and Roger Alexander, which is also just blocks from the hotel and school. Both American and Haitian dishes are prepared, and the food is safe to eat.
*We kindly ask all groups to be on-time for meals; delays can throw-off the tight schedules of missionaries and ministries. Thank you.
Unlimited purified water is also available at the Alexanders' home. We suggest that you bring a large, portable mug to fill and carry with you during the day. You should use this water to brush your teeth as well. Water at the hotel, school, or other establishments is not safe for you to drink.
Both lodging and food are included in your in-county room and board costs. See
Trip Costs for more information.
